I didn’t realize about you, but I have a soft spot for fried rice. It’s easy to make and it’s all I need for a late night snack.
The key to making perfect fried rice is to start with cooked and cooled rice.
I actually use leftover rice that is at least a day old. Using fresh rice will result in a sticky mess.
Don’t be afraid to add chopped greens that you have, and you can quickly top them off with shrimp, chicken, or tofu.

Ingredients:
1 egg
100 grams of shrimp (fried with salt)
1 plate full of rice
1 scallion
Right amount of oil)
Ground spices:
5 pieces of cayenne pepper
Chicken stock powder (to taste)
2 cloves of garlic
3 cloves of red onion
Soy sauce (to taste)
Sweet soy sauce (to taste)
How to cook:
Cook scrambled eggs. When the eggs are cooked, add the prawns to the pan.
Add the spices that have been mashed, stir-fry until fragrant with the eggs and shrimp.
Add the finely chopped onions.
Put the rice in the pan, mix well with the eggs, shrimp, and seasonings.
