CHICKEN FILLET SATURATE RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 500 gr chicken fillet..cut into 2..wash clean..kucuri lime..and wash again then sprinkle with 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour..stir evenly..let it sit for a few minutes then fry until cooked
  • green chili to taste.. cut into slices
  • Red cayenne pepper and curly chili to taste, cut obliquely
  • 1 onion..thinly chopped
  • 4 cloves of red onion..thinly chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic..thinly chopped
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 bks stock powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce or to taste
  • 2 bay leaves..1 lemongrass stalks crushed..2 pieces of ginger finely chopped…2 pieces of galangal finely chopped
  • 200 ml boiled water
  • Margarine/oil to taste

The method

Heat the oil..saute the onions until fragrant..add chili pepper..bay leaves, lemongrass, ginger galangal..salt,sugar,pepper powder and broth powder..stir well..add boiled water..give 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce..stir evenly..let it boil..correct the taste and add the fried chicken fillet…stir evenly until the spices are well mixed and the water dries up..turn off the heat and stir fry the chicken fillet ready to serve
